Application

• Start at the low intensity level (basic setting)
• Inhale and exhale through the mouth
• About 15 breaths (inhalation and exhalation)
• At least twice a day (more if necessary)
• If the tones are constant, the application is correct
• Recommendation: Drink water before use to moisten the airways
