Shipping and Costs
How is shipping handled?
- Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. Shipping will take place as soon as your order has been verified.
- Depending on your selection or necessity, the goods will be shipped in a standard package via DHL or by freight carrier.
- The delivery time within Germany for a DHL parcel is 1–3 days. The delivery time for freight shipments depends on the product and can range from 8 to 30 days. The exact delivery times can be found next to the price on each product page.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Germany
Shipping costs within Germany are €5.95 (incl. VAT) for orders up to a total value of €49.99.
For orders with a total value of €50.00 or more, you will receive your DHL standard parcel free of shipping costs within Germany.
Shipping outside Germany
We also offer international shipping. An overview of the different delivery zones with shipping costs for DHL standard parcels or freight deliveries can be found in our table below.
The delivery times for each shipping zone can also be found in our shipping cost overview, divided into parcel and freight delivery. You will also find the minimum order value for free shipping in the respective zones.
