Steps for use:

1. Take a sample of vaginal fluid using the sterile swab.
2. Put the swab into the sample tube and swirl for 10–15 seconds.
3. Extract the liquid from the swab by pressing on the tube wall and dispose of the swab.
4. When using the cassette:
• Add 3 drops of the extracted solution to the sample well.
5. When using the strip:
• immerse the test strip in the solution up to the “MAX” mark for 10–15 seconds.

Evaluate the result:

• Negative: one red line in the control area (C).
• Positive: two red lines (C and T).
