This alternating pressure mattress with large, interchangeable air chambers offers additional comfort: air constantly escapes from 8 of the 18 chambers through micro-openings to optimize the bed climate. Medi-FLow can be fitted with a stretchable, blue waterproof cover made of air-permeable nylon (removable and washable up to 60 °C). Simply unbutton it and put it in the washing machine for cleaning. The inflation pressure of the automatically inflating and deflating chambers can be set to the optimum value depending on the patient's body weight.
