2 separate air chamber circuits are automatically alternately inflated (infinitely adjustable) and deflated, so that the patient's support surface is inflated and deflated at regular intervals.

This shifts 50% of the respective support pressure to reduce the formation of decubitus ulcers. In addition, the alternating pressure on the back acts like a massage and promotes blood circulation.

The alternating pressure mattress is made of a strong, washable plastic material that can also be wiped clean with antibacterial, disinfectant solutions.

In general, we recommend using it together with a sheet. Fitted with tuck-in flaps at the head and foot ends.
