The innovative training tool for the fundus of the eye

This simulator is an innovative training tool for the ocular fundus examination. By combining slides, depth and pupil diameter, 90 patient cases can be simulated.

10 slides are supplied with the following content:

• Normal eye background
• Hypertensive retinopathy: arteriolar vasoconstriction stage III, arteriolosclerosis stage I
• Hemorrhages and Cotton Wool foci, Sal -Gunn's crossing sign
• Simple / non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy: microaneurysms, hemorrhages and hard exudates
• Papilledema (chronic phase)
• Papilledema (acute stage)
• Glaucomatous optic atrophy: glaucomatous altered optic disc, excavation and damage to the nerve fiber bundles
• Retinal vein occlusion (acute stage): flame-shaped intraretinal hemorrhage and cotton wool foci
• Retinal vein occlusion (after retinal laser photocoagulation)
• Toxoplasmosis: retinochoroiditis
• Age-related macular degeneration: macular exudates and subretinal hemorrhage

The model is supplied complete with slide holder and slide cap. An ophthalmoscope is not included in the scope of delivery.
