Changing the Somnibel sleep position trainer after each use ensures that the adhesive pads adhere to the chest or forehead. The adhesive pads are connected to the device directly before using the Somnibel, which triggers the start of the device.
Please do not connect them in advance, otherwise there will be no 15-minute delay when the adhesive pads are subsequently attached to the chest or forehead. This serves to ensure that you can fall asleep well.
