Mediflo duo SMI breathing trainer with PEP
The Mediflo duo breathing trainer is designed for inspiration training according to the SMI method (=Sustained maximal inspiration = slow, sustained and as deep as possible inhalation).
Expiratory breathing training using the PEP method is also possible, which involves exhaling against resistance.
The Mediflo Duo can be converted to an inhalation or exhalation trainer by simply converting it.
The single-ball system allows the user to control their breathing performance themselves.
The Mediflo Duo is suitable for adults with low lung volume and for children.
